We now accept most major credit cards!  You canpurchase most items online or you can also phone in your order or print theorder form and fax it in. We will ship anywhere in North America.  If we ship to addresses other than within the US, the customer will be responsible for clearing the purchase through their customs, and responsible for any dutyor fees that may apply.  Overseas customers must Email us before faxing or mailing your order.  We no longer ship overseas orders through the US Postal Service.  We now use FedEx or UPS for international shipping.

How to Place an Order

Most products can be ordered online.  Phone orders are accepted M-F 9am to 6pm Central time.  You can also print the order form from our website and fill it out.  You can call the order in (see below) mail it in, or send it by fax.  You will receive confirmation back usually within 24 hours ofreceipt of your order. We try to keep these pages updated, and keep all itemsin stock, but if you need immediate shipping, please call or e-mail us.  It is a good idea to send us an email after you fax your order.  We sometimeshave a difficult time reading your email address or phone number from thefax.

Give us your address and we can give you an exact price quote on any tent or accessory. We will supply pricing ona ny item on these pages or from the Reimo catalog.  If requesting pricing from the Reimo catalog, please provide the item number and page number as well as the description of the item(s).

Return Policy on stocked items

Most items can be returned for full replacement or credit if the item has a defect or arrives damaged, within 10 days of receipt.  The item must be returned with all packaging and materials for full replacementor credit.  Special orders may not be returned unless defective.  We do not accept any returns after 30 days from receipt.

We stand behind all of our products, and work hard to make sure the items we offer are good quality and work as described.  If you want to return any item that we normally stock, you must notify us within 10 days of receipt and pay only shipping charges. We will issueyou a return authorization number which is good for 14 days. Returnsare not accepted without the return authorization number marked on the package.Please make sure to insure your package.  The item must be returned inthe original packaging with all contents.  If an item is returned ina used or poor condition, we may not be able to offer a refund.  No itemscan be returned after 30 days from receipt. You must contact us first to receivea return authorization.

Special Order Items from Europe:

For items not in stock, orders will be placed every 4 - 6 weeks.  If orders are grouped together the shipping costs are greatly reduced. Once your order is placed, you should receive it in about4 weeks.  Your shipment must clear through US Customs and then will besent to you by post or UPS.

Before we can place your order, we will need prepayment on smaller items, and a deposit equal to one half the total cost of the larger items including shipping.  Any item that can't be shipped by standard post is considered a large item.  Smaller items that can be shipped by post will be immediately ordered and shipped. Large items will be ordered every 4 - 6 weeks.  Once your order clears US Customs, you will receive a note (e-mail, or snail mail), requesting the balance due.  Once we receive the balance, your item(s) will be shipped to you.

We accept checks or money orders in US dollars only.  We also accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Canceled special orders are subject to a 50%restocking fee.  Only items that are defective can be returned for exchange.So be sure you really want it before you order.
